We are here to help our student caregivers live their best lives by being a consistent resource in a safe-hub for healthy development and in a nurturing environment. Through mentoring, resources, coaching, group classes, support, and a whole lot of love, we are able to foster healthy habits and a harmonious relationship with technology and beyond. It is important to us that caregivers feel seen and heard, and foster a growth mindset to stay healthy, happy, and productive. In support of this mission, we provide support, new technology innovations, evaluation and assessment, partnership opportunities, and access to an online social media community. It all takes place online which makes it super easy for student caregivers to feel empowered and remain FIT.
